Property taxes are less than half of nearby Florida. Temperature here ranges from a low winter time average in the mid 40’s to 90’s in the summer. Located between Mobile and Pensacola, a day's trip to the east covers most of Florida or a short 4 hour drive to the west gets you to New Orleans. Interstate 10 is the major east west route, I-65 is the north south route. There are many scenic routes and places to enjoy along the way.
